SHIPPING POLICY
- Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Shipping and delivery typically take 3-5 business days. Delays may occur during peak seasons or for items shipped separately.
- Order Tracking: A tracking number is provided via email after shipment. You can track your package on the carrier's website (e.g., FedEx).
- No Signature Required: Packages are left at your doorstep without a signature.
- Important Note: FedEx does not honor lost package claims if the tracking shows delivery to the correct address. Please monitor your tracking information closely.
RETURN & REFUND
- Return Window: 30 days from the date you receive your item.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may cause additional delays.
- Exchanges: The fastest method is to process a return and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Damages/Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for any defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- EU Customers: Have a legal 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel or return an order for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements.
WARRANTY
- Warranty Term: A 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original purchaser (non-transferable).
