Warranty

Warranty Term: A 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original purchaser (non-transferable).

Coverage: Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• What's Included: Manufacturing defects, failures of zippers/buckles/hardware, and defects in fabric and seams.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., cuts, burns).

• Unauthorized modifications.

Claims Process:

1. Contact: Reach out to customer service with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

2. Assessment: The team will review the claim and may request photos or more details.

3. Resolution: If approved, NATUREHIKE will repair or replace the item at their discretion.
